    At Montre, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our refund and return terms carefully before placing your order.

    1. Order Cancellation
    • You may cancel your order while it is still being processed.
    • Once the order is processed and fulfilled, cancellation is no longer possible.

    2. Refund & Exchange Window
    • Refunds: You can request a refund within 3 days of receiving your order.
    • Exchanges: Available for up to 10 days after receiving your order.

    3. Wrong or Defective Items
    • If you receive a wrong item or a defective product, you must report it within 3 days of delivery to qualify for a return or replacement.

    4. Return Procedure
    1. Submit an online return request from your account.
    2. Send us a clear video of the watch, showing the issue in detail.
    3. We will send you packaging instructions. Pack the watch accordingly.
    4. Send us a video of the watch after packing before shipping it to us.
    5. Ship the product to the address we provide.
    6. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will:
    • Issue a refund via your original payment method, store credit, or an exchange—depending on your preference and case.

    Note: Defective or used returns may be refused if they do not meet our inspection standards.

    5. Shipping & Return Fees
    • If the product is damaged or defective, Montre will cover all return shipping costs.
    • If the product is not damaged or defective, a $50 shipping fee and $50 return fee will apply.
