At Montre, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our refund and return terms carefully before placing your order.
1. Order Cancellation
- Cancellation is allowed before shipping.
- Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.
2. Return Policy

Returns are only allowed in the following cases:
• You received a defective watch.
• You received a watch that does not work.
• You received a different watch than the one shown and confirmed in your pre-shipping video. - In all other cases, refunds or returns are not accepted.
3. Product Confirmation Before Shipping
- To ensure you receive exactly what you ordered, we record a detailed video of the watch showing all angles and details before shipping.
- You will be asked to carefully review this video and confirm.
- Once you confirm the video, it is considered a final review of the product, and we will proceed with shipping immediately.
4. Return Procedure
- Submit an online return request from your account.
- Send us a clear video showing the issue with the watch.
- We will provide you with packaging instructions.
- Pack the watch accordingly and send us a video of the packed watch before shipping it back.
- Ship the watch to the return address we provide.

Once we receive and inspect the item, we will either:
- Issue a refund via your original payment method.
- Provide store credit.

Send a replacement—depending on your case.
Note: Returns may be refused if the watch does not meet inspection standards (e.g., used, damaged by customer, or not matching the reported issue).
5. Shipping & Return Fees
- If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, Montre will cover all shipping and return costs.

• $50 shipping fee.
• $50 return fee.
